Booking:

Clients under 18yrs of age must be accompanied by an 18+ paying adult.

After the booking proccess has been finished successfully, we send you a confirmation email with further instructions. Should you not receive such an email, please, contact us to prevent any booking errors or misunderstandings. 

The online payment of the tour is made in EUR. If you choose to pay in cash on the day of the tour, the payment will be made in EUR, CZK or USD (please, reach out to us prior to your tour date to confirm your desired currency).

Gluten-free, vegeterian and vegan food options are available. Please, advise us about your diatery requirements prior to the tour.

Our tours may involve medium amount of hiking or walking on uneven surfaces, uphill or in greater heights. Duration of the tours may exceed 8hrs. The tours are not suitable for wheelchair and stroller usage. Should you have any special mobility needs and requirements, please, discuss those with us prior to booking our tours. 

Unless authorities prohibit access to our destinations for special reasons, our tours operate under all wheather conditions including snow and rain. Please, dress appropriately.

Cancellation:

If minimum number of two passengers is not met, the tour may be cancelled. In such case, you will be offered either a change of a tour option, a tour date or a full refund, at least 24hrs prior to the tour. Should you decide to cancel your reservation up until 24hrs before the tour, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations in less than 24hrs before the commencement of your tour (for these cases the tour commences at 7:30 a.m. CET.) will result in a 100% cancellation fee (0% refund).

Liability:

Operator, its partners, employees and contractors assume no responsibility or liability for any damage, injury, loss or inconvenience sustained by any person using its services, nor to their property.

Data protection:

By agreeing to the terms and conditions and proceeding with the booking, you agree to us storing your data such as (but not limited to) your full name, email address, phone number for the purposes related to managing your reservation. This data will not be passed on to any other third party.
